Next comes the difficult decision of deciding which one to accept. Often times, it is tempting to accept a job and forget about the other offers you have just received. It is important to keep in mind that the company took the time to interview and screen you and someone felt you were a good fit for the position.

It’s never a good idea to ignore a job offer and leave the employer in the dark.
